A man was hospitalized following a shooting in Hartford on Wednesday afternoon.
Officers were dispatched Saint Francis Hospital around 1:50 p.m. on Wednesday on a report of a walk-in gunshot victim arriving for treatment, according to Lt. Aaron Boisvert of the Hartford Police Department .
Boisvert said the victim, a man in his 40s, was suffering from gunshot wounds described as non-life-threatening.
The location of incident has not yet been determined, according to Boisvert.
The Hartford Police Major Crimes and Crime Scene Divisions are conducting the ongoing investigation.
