CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Slavic Village neighbors are tired of staring at a circle of cones in a hole, which creates a mess on the road.
“Yeah, it just seems like an unfinished project, we started and we’ll get back to it whenever we can,” said Tyler Dyous.
Dyous says the pit, several inches deep and at least four feet in length, has been there for two months.
But she hasn’t seen any crews at the site on Lansing Avenue.
And it is right in front of a school, Eastside Arts Academy, which only adds to the problem.
Dyous says at pick-up and drop-off, things get chaotic.
“Things get pretty hectic over here; there’s a lot of backup traffic due to the cones being in the way,” said Dyous.
She says the unfinished work creates a large traffic problem twice a day.
