A 24-year-old Manchester charged in a crash that killed an 11-month-old girl is now facing additional charges in her death, including manslaughter and negligent homicide.

Justin LaClair was indicted on Sept. 18 on 10 charges, according to court records.

He was originally charged with aggravated DWI, reckless conduct with a deadly weapon and conduct after an accident. The new charges include additional counts of reckless conduct and first-degree assault, according to the indictments.

The baby, Rebecca Cole, died the day before he first birthday.
