(NewsNation) — “Breaking Bad” actor Raymond Cruz will not go to jail after allegedly spraying water toward a woman.

The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office told TMZ it would not be proceeding with prosecution following a review of the evidence.

Cruz, who played drug lord Tuco Salamanca in the popular television series, was arrested September 8. According to his agent, Raphael Berko, Cruz was held in jail for five hours.

Berko told People at the time of the arrest that Cruz was washing his car outside his home when a minivan with three women parked “half an inch” from his bumper.

Cruz allegedly asked them to move their vehicle, and when they refused, he continued to clean his car before they started filming.
