BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) - A man accused of dealing drugs in Burlington’s City Hall Park pleaded not guilty in court on Wednesday.

Police say they used a confidential informant multiple times to buy crack cocaine from Aaron Badeau, 35.

Court records indicate he has a long rap sheet out of Pennsylvania and has been staying with a resident of Decker Towers in Burlington.

Police say after his arrest, Badeau admitted to buying crack from someone in or around City Hall Park to use and resell.

He was held on $50,000 bail.
