It may have been new creative director Jonathan Anderson ’s first women’s show for the house of Dior , but BTS’ Park Jimin was the one who sent the crowd into a frenzy.

Thousands of fans waited for hours in the sun outside the venue, holding signs, banners and balloons — chanting, screaming and hoping to catch a glimpse of the star.

“I think it will be fun, because it’s been a while. More than two years,” Jimin told WWD. The BTS main dancer has been serving mandatory military service in the South Korean army since 2023 and was discharged in June. “I have high expectations.”

Monica Barbaro had arguably the best seat in the house right next to Jimin. The flurry of photographers surrounding him was a bit overwhelming for the actress.
