The New York Giants enter Week 5 facing the New Orleans Saints on Sunday inside the Caesars Superdome, but they’ll do so without their top weapon on the perimeter.
Head coach Brian Daboll confirmed that second-year wideout Malik Nabers tore his ACL in last week’s 21-18 win over the Chargers, ending his season just four games in. Nabers went down while attempting to haul in a deep pass from rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart, and the loss stings for a Giants offense that leaned heavily on the 2024 Pro Bowler. With 18 catches for 271 yards already this year, including a breakout 167-yard, two-touchdown performance against the Cowboys, Nabers had become the centerpiece of the passing game.
Now, Daboll and the Giants must regroup quickly before heading into the loud confines of the Superdome. W
