SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — A man has been charged with several felonies after allegedly setting his trailer on fire and shooting the ceiling of a Park City warehouse in September.

William Dougherty, 39, was charged today with aggravated burglary (a first-degree felony), property damage/destruction more than $5000 (a second-degree felony), and property damage or destruction to defraud insurer more than $5000 (a second-degree felony).

He has also been charged with property damage or destruction valuing $500-$1499 (a class A misdemeanor), reckless burning with failure to control (a class A misdemeanor) and theft valuing less than $500 (a class B misdemeanor).
