NACOGDOCHES, Texas (KTRE) - A new shopping option in Nacogdoches is set to open in a couple of weeks.

The supermarket chain Aldi now has a location in the Nacogdoches Marketplace II shopping center at 4914 North Street.

Aldi is known for its low-cost grocery options.

The chain has stores in Tyler, Longview, and Palestine.

The supermarket will provide jobs and more options for shopping. According to the CEO and President of the Nacogdoches County Chamber of Commerce, it will draw people to the city, to shop and explore the city.
