Police said they are investigating a suspicious death after finding the "severely decomposed" body of a Bloomfield Township woman at her home this past weekend.

Officers responded to the woman's home, in the 4600 block of Hedgewood Drive, around 12:15 p.m. Saturday to conduct a well-being check. Inside, they found the body of Ariane C. Grunewald Bluem, 57, on a couch.
