HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- An Airbnb owner is vowing to keep a closer eye on his property after it was broken into three times in two days.

Patrick Chiu shared surveillance video of a man wearing a hard hat and construction vest roaming around the 16-unit Third Ward property overnight.

Early Tuesday morning, Chiu said the man broke into six units and stole six 55-inch televisions.

Houston police confirm they took a report.

Then, on Wednesday morning, Chiu said the man returned and walked into an occupied room while guests were sleeping.

Chiu said he made off with luggage before returning around 10 a.m. to steal a television from an unoccupied room.
