Kaine explains how government shutdown could hurt fall tourism

GREENE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- A lot of uncertainty is surrounding if and how the Shenandoah National Park will remain open during the partial government shutdown.

It's taking effect just a couple weeks before peak foliage, one of the busiest times for the park.
