The Miami Heat have extended forward Nikola Jović to a four-year, $62.4 million rookie contract extension, according to multiple reports.

Nikola Jović was drafted with the No. 27 pick in the 2022 NBA Draft by the Miami Heat. The young forward saw little action in his rookie year with only 15 appearances, but his role has since increased over the last two seasons.

Last season, Jović averaged 10.7 PPG while shooting 37.1% from 3-point range. He most recently played for Serbia’s national team in EuroBasket 2025, with one of his best performances coming against Portugal in Group Phase play, where he posted 18 points and six rebounds.
