LATTA, S.C. -- The Latta Vikings are off to their best start since 2023 when they began that campaign 6-0.

Coach Brandon Iseman's program, which is 5-0 entering Friday's 7:30 p.m. clash at home against another undefeated team, Carvers Bay, is excited about the matchup.

"I think it's going to be two really good 1A football teams going against each other," said Iseman, a West Florence graduate. "It gives you a good idea where both teams stand. We both want to line up and by physical."

Latta RB Fischer Richardson will be one to watch as he has rushed for 743 yards and 14 touchdowns.
