Former Gov. Andrew Cuomo apologized to New York City’s Jewish community for his previous administration’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic in a video that circulated on social media.

Cuomo has often touted his leadership experience as governor during the pandemic to New York City mayoral election voters. He’s running as an Independent against Democratic socialist Zohran Mamdani and Republican Curtis Sliwa.
