KIM Kardashian and Kris Jenner are suing Ray J for defamation after he allegedly claimed the Kardashians were under federal investigation — and even branded them “worse than Diddy.”

The stars filed the suit against the R&B singer, real name William Ray Norwood Jr ., accusing him of spreading “blatantly false” allegations they say have damaged their personal and professional reputations.

It comes after Ray J appeared in TMZ’s Tubi docuseries United States vs. Sean Combs earlier this year.

He said at the time: “If you told me the Kardashians was being charged for racketeering, I might believe it.”

Weeks later, during a September 24 livestream to millions of followers, he allegedly doubled down on the claims.
