Chennai: 39 Rashtriya Swayam Sevak (RSS) members were detained by the police in Tamil Nadu's Porur after they conducted a Guru Puja and special Shakha training session at the Ayyappanthangal Government Higher Secondary School without prior permission, said police officials.
