ASHEVILLE – First term City Council member Maggie Ullman will seek reelection, she announced in an Oct. 1 news release.

She is among three Asheville City Council members up for election in November 2026, along with the mayoral seat.

"I have a record of creating progress you can see and building a future we can share," said Ullman said in the news release. "I want to keep building the affordable, prosperous, sustainable, safe, and connected community that families like yours and mine can call home for generations."
