39 RSS volunteers detained in Chennai were taken to community center in buses.

In Tamil Nadu, near Porur in Chennai, police took 39 RSS volunteers into custody on Thursday. The police alleged that they conducted a puja and special training session on a government school ground without permission. The BJP condemned the police action and demanded their unconditional release.

The police stated that the 39 RSS volunteers were detained because they had organised a Guru Puja and special training session at Ayyappanthangal Government Higher Secondary School without prior approval. Later, all of them were taken in buses to a nearby community hall.
