Baltimore police arrested a man in connection to an assault Saturday outside the Cross Street Public House in Federal Hill.

Kevin Weaver, 41, turned himself into police custody Wednesday afternoon. He faces a first-degree aggravated assault charge.

A viral video captured Weaver choking a man and smashing his head through a car window outside the Cross Street Public House. He is a bouncer for the bar.

Police said they received no calls or reports for the incident, however they are still investigating the video.
