A missing 75-year-old pilot has been found dead in Indiana County.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police, 75-year-old David Wittmer was found dead in a corn field just one mile from where he took off on Wednesday night.

First responders located the crash site and determined it was Wittmer, as well as his ultralight aircraft.

State police have said that no foul play is suspected and are investigating it as an accident.

The Federal Aviation Administration has been notified.
