Tory and Reform MPs have put their names to a report that calls for an end to the two child benefit cap just days before the start of the Tories’ annual conference.
Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch has criticised suggestions that the cap should be abolished, insisting she would reinstate it should she get into power.
