THE Indiana Fever were eliminated from the playoffs, but there was much more concern for the health of star guard Kelsey Mitchell.

During Tuesday night's WNBA semifinal, Mitchell collapsed to the ground in a scary scene during the third quarter.

On Wednesday, Mitchell revealed that she suffered a medical condition that left her muscles unable to function properly.

She was incapable of moving her legs as it played out.

Fever center Aliyah Boston drew a foul while setting a pick as Mitchell drove to the basket.

After the play, Mitchell grabbed an official who helped her to the ground.

Players and trainers quickly surrounded Mitchell, putting up towels for privacy.

Eventually a stretcher was brought onto the court, but it wasn't needed as Mitchell was able to get up.
