Two Delta-owned planes were involved in a collision on a LaGuardia Airport taxiway Wednesday night.
According to a statement from Delta Air Lines, Endeavor Air Flight 5047 arriving from Charlotte, North Carolina, and Endeavor Flight 5155, which was scheduled to depart from Roanoake, Virginia, collided at low speed at 9:58 p.m. Wednesday night. Endeavor Air is owned by Delta Air Lines as a subsidiary.
The Federal Aviation Administration said Flight 5047 was taxing to its gate when its fuselage made contact with one of the wings of Flight 5155 between taxiways M and A.
