CHARLOTTE, NC — Police are investigating a deadly shooting on Eddleman Road in west charlotte.

It happened just after 1 pm on Thursday.

Crime scene tape was seen around the parking lot area of an abandoned hotel.

At this time it is unknown if anyone is in custody.
