Syracuse, N.Y. — Wide receiver Tyshawn Russell and defensive tackle Rashard Perry are out for the year, head coach Fran Brown said Thursday.

Russell is undergoing an undisclosed surgery while Perry is out with a torn bicep, Brown told ESPN Syracuse during a scheduled radio appearance.
