CHEYENNE — The 2026 Governor’s Capitol Art Exhibition entry deadline is Oct. 18, 2025.

Hosted at the Wyoming State Capitol, the biennial juried exhibition celebrates the work of Wyoming artists. It was established in 2000 under an initiative by Governor Geringer and is organized by the Wyoming State Museum and the Wyoming Arts Council, both part of the Wyoming Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources.

This year’s exhibit will be featured as part of Wyoming's tribute to America's 250th anniversary. Artists are encouraged to submit entries celebrating Wyoming’s breathtaking landscapes, vibrant communities, and the people who call our great state home. Any artist living in Wyoming may submit work for the Governor’s Capitol Art Exhibition for consideration. There is no fee to enter,
