GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) - Courtesy of the Class of 2025 Leadership Green Bay Program, the Greater Green Bay Chamber and Jackie Nitschke Center unveiled a new outdoor gathering space for rehab patients and their families.

Jackie Nitschke Center CEO Abby Brezinski said the project raised funds to help families connect with their loved ones who may be in recovery, especially for kids.

"It's for our folks that live in our recovery homes who have kids who visit, it gives them the opportunity to be outside and have lunch," Brezinski said. "We're so grateful for this."

Brezinski said that one of the patients was excited because their child was the first to use the new swing set on site.
