As first reported by Wolverine Wire’s Isaiah Hole and confirmed by Maize n Brew, wide receiver Fredrick Moore is no longer with the Michigan Wolverines’ football program.
Moore was a three-star recruit, according to 247Sports’ composite rankings, in the 2023 class. He played in 13 games (eight on offense) as a true freshman and 13 games as a sophomore last year. In total, he caught 13 passes for 142 yards and one touchdown during his time in Ann Arbor, with his lone touchdown being one of the best plays of the game in the ReliaQuest Bowl against Alabama.
He was anticipated to be one of Michigan’s starting wide receivers this year. However, it was redshirt freshman Channing Goodwin that got the start in Week 1 against New Mexico, which was a bit of a surprise given how Moore ended the 202
