“Yellowstone” creator Taylor Sheridan continues to have several irons in the fire.

The television mogul’s Paramount+ spy thriller “Lioness” has officially been renewed for season 3. Sheridan is also the creator of three other current Paramount+ series: “Tulsa King,” “Mayor of Kingstown,” and “Landman.”

Zoe Saldaña stars in “Lioness” as Joe McNamara, a CIA case officer in charge of the titular group of female operatives. Nicole Kidman plays her boss, Kaitlyn Meade.

It’s been 10 months since season 2 of “Lioness” came to an end in December 2024. According to Deadline , one factor in the delay was the time it took to work out Kidman’s season 3 deal. Saldaña already had a three-season deal in place.
