Two pivotal arms may not be available for Padres in Game 3 against Cubs

The San Diego Padres forced a Game 3 against the Chicago Cubs with a 3-0 win in Game 2 on Wednesday afternoon.

The Padres did so behind a four-pitcher shutout. San Diego's starter Dylan Cease gave the Padres 3.2 scoreless innings and Adrián Morejón followed Cease with 2.1 shutout innings.

Then, Mason Miller and Robert Suarez combined for the final three innings of shutout baseball to secure the Padres win and force a Game 3.
