Danville Area School District joins class-action lawsuit against social media companies

DANVILLE — The Danville Area School Board will join a nationwide class-action lawsuit against several social media companies.

The board unanimously voted Wednesday to retain Marc J. Bern & Partners, LLP, of New York City, to represent the district.
