After three years of construction, a new residential community is now finished in Fairview Township.

Riedman Homes cut the ribbon on The Hammocks at Fairview, a brand-new residential apartment community on Bluestone Drive, on Thursday afternoon.

The new community features 126 new apartments, a 24-hour resident clubhouse, landscaping services and more.

Riedman's president, David Riedman, said that the apartment community offers a carefree lifestyle and is located just minutes away from Interstate 90 and Lake Erie.

"The Hammocks at Fairview is focused on quality of life," Riedman said. "We pride ourselves on how we take care of our properties, and more importantly, how we take care of our residents, and I think The Hammocks at Fairview is a natural fit in the fabric of our community."
