MIDDLEBURG — A Shamokin Dam man admitted to raping a child over a four-year period at a plea hearing Thursday in Snyder County Court.

Ryan C. Norris, 37, is accused of raping a girl numerous times between June 1, 2020, and Oct. 31, 2024, beginning when she was 10, and videotaping the crimes.
