SEPTA regulators talk about the importance of warning lights following urgent safety recommendations

We're following up on what is called an unacceptable safety risk. SEPTA was ordered to take immediate and sweeping steps to reduce the risk of fire on regional rail trains. Front and center are SEPTA's aging cars, Silverliner IV. The Federal Railroad Administration outlined five fires aboard the Silverliner IV trains, showing the inside of some of the scorched railcars.
