Scientists capture rare footage of endangered orca pod

Scientists off the coast of Washington state filmed a pod of over 20 Southern Resident killer whales. San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance told CNN their researchers, alongside SeaDoc Society and NOAA, are using “non-invasive health monitoring technologies” to study threats to the endangered species.
