LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - A Louisville man is in jail after police say he used Facebook Live to make direct threats to kill children.

Louisville Metro Police arrested Robert Deleuil,45, just after midnight after an eight-hour-long stand-off with a SWAT team.

Neighbors on and around Lake Elkhorn Court, like Austin Street, say Deleuil was always causing trouble.

“Every day, every time he made threats, I felt like it could have been me,” Street said.

Street lives next door, and claims problems began roughly two years ago when Deleuil moved in. He and other neighbors who declined to speak on camera say police have been to his house before.
