It started with a 911 call
On Wednesday afternoon, an off-duty deputy called 911 after spotting a suspicious vehicle.
"A black, unmarked older vehicle pulled a woman over, using red and blue lights — but the driver wasn’t in uniform," said a dispatcher over the radio on Wednesday

Officers tracked the suspect to Yukon
Yukon and Oklahoma City police tracked the suspect down to the Whitehorse Apartments near Route 66 and Sara Road.
The situation turned violent
Oklahoma Highway Patrol arrived to assist. That’s when the suspect allegedly pulled a gun.
