American Airlines continues to generate praise, adding unexpected new routes for 2026 and beyond . Among its exciting additions are "first of its kind" routes. We saw an announcement earlier in the month, with American Airlines announcing a new nonstop flight for February 2026 between Miami International Airport and Bimini.

Not only are there changes in 2026, but American Airlines has also announced new and exciting routes to warm destinations just in time for the winter of 2025 and 2026. AA has a slew of new flights set to debut in November and December. The November route, in particular, is yet another first-of-its-kind flight from an unexpected U.S. location. The new flight will be offered throughout the winter, once per week on Saturday.
