A vehicle crashed into the front of a bank in Northridge Thursday afternoon.

The crash occurred a few minutes after 3:30 p.m. at a BMO Bank in the 9000 block of Balboa Boulevard, the Los Angeles Fire Department said.

Aerial footage from Sky5 showed a blue or gray Hyundai that appeared to have been pulled out of the smashed storefront.

Fire officials said while the window was damaged, the building was not structurally compromised.

One person was taken by ambulance to a local hospital, the LAFD said in an alert. Their condition is unknown.
