Tonight features mostly clear skies and gusty wind at times with a southeasterly breeze as a result of a strong area of high pressure over New England creating a pressure gradient. Those mostly clear skies are going to enable temperatures to plummet overnight, with low temperatures dropping into the mid to upper 40s.
Friday continues with the party sunny skies in what promises to be a beautiful end to the work week with high temperatures in the low 70s. High school football games look fantastic for week six - it’s hard to believe we are halfway through the season already. Kickoff temperatures will be in the mid 60s, but temperatures will drop quickly during games down into the mid 50s - a light jacket or a hoodie would be a great item to bring with you to the game!
