(WJW) -- Make sure to get outside to enjoy the pleasant weather this weekend. This is the time of year when “perfect days” in northern Ohio are more frequent than at any other time of year.

Thursday night will be partly cloudy and cool. Temperatures will bottom out on either side of 50 degrees. Just about everyone will need a light jacket or sweatshirt first thing Friday morning.

The end of the workweek will be toasty October day. Temperatures will climb into the upper 70s and lower 80s Friday afternoon.

Anyone going to a high school football game on Friday will want to wear a jacket or sweatshirt. Temperatures will be in the upper 60s to near 70 degrees at kickoff and in the lower to mid 60s and for the final down.
