Magomed Ankalaev vs. Alex Pereira, UFC 320 pre-fight press conference faceoff

LAS VEGAS – Magomed Ankalaev and Alex Pereira kicked fight week for their UFC 320 rematch into the next gear with a faceoff after Thursday's pre-fight press conference.

Ankalaev (21-1-1 MMA, 12-1-1 UFC) took the light heavyweight title from Pereira (12-3 MMA, 9-2 UFC) by unanimous decision at UFC 313 in March, and will look to repeat the feat in Saturday's sequel at T-Mobile Arena (ESPN+ pay-per-view, ESPN, ESPN+).

After answering questions from the media, Ankalaev and Pereira had the first staredown ahead of their second encounter. It was a tense but respect moment then both athletes moved on to focus on hitting the scale for official weigh-ins.
