FAIRFIELD, Conn. — Bank of America recently gave Sacred Heart University in Fairfield a $30,000 grant to support the second cohort of students in its Success Stipend program.
Since being established by the bank last year, the program has helped support nursing students who are pursuing degrees and preparing for careers in the field of nursing.
According to the university, the stipend program will use the Bank of America grant to lessen the financial burden that comes along with attending nursing school.

The money will help students and families with their basic needs and living expenses over the course of this academic year. For students, more financial security will b
