GREENSBORO, N.C. — Professional hockey is set to return to Greensboro in just two weeks as the Greensboro Gargoyles prepare for their inaugural season.

Crews have finished installing the first sheet of ice at First Horizon Coliseum, where the team will play its home games. Training camp begins next week.

Ahead of the season, fans can get their first taste of Gargoyles gear when the team store officially opens Friday.
