Yankees third baseman Ryan McMahon entered Thursday's game as a defensive replacement -- and with good reason. With New York trying to beat the Red Sox in Game 3 of the AL Wild Card Series, McMahon ran into foul ground while tracking a pop fly off the bat of Jarren Duran, caught the ball, and did a full-on flip into the Red Sox dugout.
The second out of the eighth secured, Yankees rookie Cam Schlittler then got Trevor Story to ground out to end the eighth as the Yankees went on to win, 4-0, to advance to the AL Division Series against the Blue Jays. Your browser does not support HTML5 video tag. Click here to view original asset
