ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- On Wednesday a grand jury indicted Lorenz Kraus, the man accused of murdering his parents and burying the bodies in the backyard. The case is now being moved to Albany County court. In an exclusive interview with NEWS10’s James De La Fuente a panelist from the grand jury that indicted Kraus shared what it was like to be there for the proceedings, and a lawyer explained more about the TV confession that shocked the Capital Region.
“How could somebody do this to their parents?” questioned the panelist. “I couldn't believe that they had gotten away with it for eight years and nobody reported it or noticed.”
