Yankees' Ryan McMahon goes end-over-end into dugout for Game 3 catch

This is the defense the Yankees signed up for when they acquired Ryan McMahon.

The Yankees’ third baseman ran a long way to not only track down a high, arcing pop-up from Red Sox outfielder Jarren Duran, but he hung onto the ball after tumbling over the third-base dugout for the second out of the eighth inning.

McMahon ran 75 feet — per ESPN — to track the ball down in front of the dugout railing before somersaulting into the Boston bench. Thankfully, for the Yankees’ sake, McMahon was OK
