KOAT, in partnership with The Albuquerque Journal , conducted a poll for voters regarding New Mexico's critical issues. More than half of Albuquerque voters disapproved of the city's "overall job performance" in addressing homelessness and its level of "concern" on a 5-point scale. KOAT political expert Brian Sanderoff weighed in on the implications as the Albuquerque mayoral election nears with six candidates in the race. Election day is on Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2025.
