Delhi: The national capital recorded a minimum temperature of 23.7 degrees Celsius on Friday, with the India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasting partly cloudy skies through the day.

At 8.30 am, relative humidity stood at 90 per cent, while the city received 14 mm of rainfall in the past 24 hours, the IMD said. The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 34 degrees Celsius.

Air quality showed an improvement on Friday morning, with Delhi’s Air Quality Index (AQI) at 94, placing it in the “satisfactory” category, according to Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) data. An AQI reading between 51 and 100 falls under this range, while 101–200 is considered “moderate”.
